Airport transfers, composed for four capitals.
JFK, LAX, SFO, ORD — and Toronto Pearson, where our own fleet meets the cross-border corridor. One concierge reads your flight, stages your chauffeur, and watches the journey until the door closes behind you.
Every terminal, read in advance.
In New York we stage at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro. In Los Angeles, LAX and Van Nuys. In the Bay Area, SFO and the San Jose Jet Center. In Chicago, O'Hare, Midway and Chicago Executive. In Toronto, Pearson Terminals 1 and 3 and Billy Bishop. Your confirmation names the terminal, the meeting point and the chauffeur — before you board.

The aircraft moves. So does the chauffeur.
Every transfer is bound to a flight number, not a clock time. The concierge desk tracks the tail from pushback to touchdown; delays, diversions and early landings are absorbed without a call from you. Domestic arrivals carry thirty minutes of complimentary wait; international arrivals carry sixty, because customs halls keep their own hours.
- Real-time flight tracking on every reservation
- 30 min complimentary wait — domestic
- 60 min complimentary wait — international
- Delays absorbed at no cost
- Curbside or arrivals-hall meet-and-greet
- Airline cancellations rebooked without penalty
The corridor between two countries.
The Toronto ↔ U.S. crossing is our home ground: our own fleet, our own border-experienced chauffeurs, and commercial documentation carried as a matter of course. Passports, NEXUS and admissibility remain the traveller's responsibility — but the routing, the timing allowance and the quiet patience at the booth are ours.
- Border-experienced chauffeurs on the owned fleet
- 45–60 minute crossing allowance built into timing
- Six passengers, five large suitcases per SUV
- Golf bags, skis and cases staged on request
- Written all-in USD quote before you ride
- One concierge from doorstep to departures
What travellers ask before the first transfer.
Which airports and terminals do you serve?
In the United States we cover JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro in New York; LAX and Van Nuys in Los Angeles; SFO and San Jose Jet Center in the Bay Area; and O'Hare, Midway and Chicago Executive in Chicago. In Canada we serve Toronto Pearson (YYZ) Terminals 1 and 3 and Billy Bishop (YTZ). Your chauffeur is staged at the correct terminal before your flight lands.
Is the pickup curbside or meet-and-greet?
Your choice, at no difference in care. Curbside means the vehicle is held in the livery queue and pulled to the door as you exit. Meet-and-greet means the chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board, assists with luggage, and walks you to the vehicle. International arrivals are greeted in the baggage hall by default.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
Every reservation is tied to your flight number and tracked in real time by the concierge desk. Delays, diversions and early arrivals are absorbed automatically — your chauffeur's schedule moves with the aircraft, not the original booking time, at no additional charge.
What is your airport wait-time policy?
Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing; international arrivals include 60 minutes to clear customs and baggage. Additional waiting time is billed at the prevailing hourly rate, and the chauffeur stays in contact with you throughout.
How much luggage can the vehicle carry?
Every vehicle in the network is a full-size executive SUV — Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL or Cadillac Escalade ESV — seating up to six passengers with room for five large suitcases plus carry-ons. For oversized items such as golf bags, skis or production cases, note them at booking and the concierge will stage accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy for airport transfers?
Cancellations more than 72 hours before pickup are complimentary. Between 48 and 72 hours, 50% of the reservation is charged. Inside 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, the reservation is non-refundable. Flight cancellations by the airline are always rebooked without penalty.
What documents do I need for a cross-border airport journey?
For Toronto ↔ U.S. airport transfers that cross the border, every passenger must carry a valid passport (or NEXUS card where accepted) and any visa or ESTA authorization required for their nationality. Our chauffeurs are border-experienced and the vehicle carries proper commercial documentation, but customs and immigration admissibility remains each traveller's own responsibility. We recommend allowing an extra 45–60 minutes beyond the driving time for the crossing.
