- How quickly is a quote returned?
- Live U.S. estimates appear as soon as pickup and drop-off addresses resolve. A concierge confirms the final all-in USD rate, in writing, within fifteen minutes during business hours.
- Am I charged when I submit the request?
- No. Submitting an itinerary places no charge. Payment is taken only after the concierge confirms the reservation and you approve the quoted fare.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Corporate accounts may settle by invoice.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before pickup are complimentary. Between 48 and 72 hours, 50% of the reservation is charged. Inside 48 hours the reservation is non-refundable.
- Can you handle cross-border Toronto to U.S. journeys?
- Yes. The Toronto ↔ U.S. corridor runs on our owned fleet and chauffeurs. The traveller remains responsible for all customs and immigration documentation.
