Most cross-border journeys are not one journey. They are a car to the airport, a terminal, a flight, a rental counter or a stranger's car at the other end — four handoffs, four chances for something to go wrong, and nobody accountable for the whole of it.
We drive the entire distance. The same Suburban, Escalade ESV or Yukon XL Denali that collects you in Toronto is the one that pulls up at your hotel in Manhattan, your meeting in Chicago, or your door in Florida. The same background-screened chauffeur is with you the whole way. Your luggage is never handled by anyone else. Nothing is transferred, re-booked, or explained twice.

Longer journeys — the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Texas — are arranged as multi-day itineraries with planned overnight stops and a rested chauffeur each morning. Multi-day journeys are quoted case by case, because the shape of the itinerary decides how the chauffeur's time is structured.
Which bridge, and why it matters.
The border is where most long-distance ground journeys come apart, and it is the part of this we have made routine — our chauffeurs cross these bridges regularly and know which one to use at which hour.
Peace Bridge
Fort Erie to Buffalo. The default line into New York State and points south.
Lewiston–Queenston Bridge
Usually the faster choice when the Peace Bridge is backed up, and the natural line toward Rochester, Syracuse and New York City.
Rainbow Bridge
Niagara Falls to Niagara Falls. The short hop for Niagara-side destinations.
Ambassador Bridge
Windsor to Detroit. The gateway to Michigan, Ohio and the Midwest.
Blue Water Bridge
Sarnia to Port Huron. The cleaner run toward Chicago, often quieter than the Ambassador.
Thousand Islands Bridge
The eastern line toward Boston and New England.
What to bring.
- A valid passport for every passenger, including children.
- A NEXUS card if you hold one — tell us at booking and we will route accordingly.
- Any visa or travel authorisation your nationality requires for US entry.
- Documentation for anything unusual you are carrying — equipment, samples, gifts of value.
Each passenger is admitted on their own merits, and no carrier can speak for an individual traveller's admissibility. What we can promise is that nothing on our side causes the delay.
Under eight hours, the car wins.
Door-to-door, the arithmetic is closer than it looks. Two hours before departure, the flight itself, baggage, then the rental counter or the wait for a car at the far end. Toronto to New York is ninety minutes in the air and most of a day in practice.
Driving, you leave when you choose, work the entire way in a quiet cabin with your materials spread out, stop when you want to, and arrive at the actual address rather than an airport thirty miles from it. For a team of three or four, the arithmetic usually favours the car outright.
What it costs.
Every cross-border journey is quoted as a single locked-in rate for your specific route, confirmed in writing before you travel. The quote covers fuel, tolls, bridge fees, the chauffeur's hours and gratuity. No metered fares, no distance surcharges, no adjustment on arrival.
Multi-day journeys are quoted case by case. Depending on the itinerary, the chauffeur's overnight time is structured either as a day rate or as a per diem — your concierge sets it out in the written quote before anything is confirmed.

Does the chauffeur cross the border with us?
Yes. The same chauffeur drives the full route, both directions. There is no handoff to a local operator at the border or anywhere else.
What happens if the border is slow?
Delay at a crossing is outside anyone's control, but it is inside our planning. We choose the crossing based on the hour and the conditions on the day, and build realistic border time into every quote rather than promising a schedule that assumes an empty bridge.
How far will you actually drive?
Anywhere in the continental United States. Shorter runs are same-day; longer journeys are arranged as multi-day itineraries with planned overnight stops.
Can you collect us in the US and bring us back to Canada?
Yes. Return and one-way journeys are arranged in both directions.
