All figures on this page are quoted in USD — estimated industry pricing, so US visitors are never left guessing at currency. Every reservation is priced dynamically by a private concierge: vehicle class, distance with the per-mile rate tapering on longer journeys, and the road time your departure window actually takes. The figure you approve is then locked in writing and does not move.

Complimentary cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup. Between 48 and 72 hours, 50% of the reservation is charged. Inside 48 hours, the reservation is non-refundable.

Opulent Black Car is engaged exclusively in the provision of private chauffeur and executive ground transportation services. As a matter of firm company policy, we do not collect, receive, hold, distribute, or remit funds on behalf of third-party vendors, independent contractors, photographers, event planners, or any other external service providers.
Binding terms · Reservation & Payment. By submitting a reservation, the client and Opulent Black Car enter into a binding agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the requested calendar date and time will not be held until the deposit is received and cleared. Full payment of the quoted fare — net of the deposit credited — must be received and cleared in advance, prior to the start of the trip. The chauffeur will not be dispatched, and the journey will not commence, until the full balance is paid. These terms apply to every reservation, without exception.
