Chicago black car service, steady in every season.
The Loop at seven, O'Hare by nine, Lake Geneva by the weekend. Our vetted affiliate network runs Chicago with the discipline the city expects — and the winter preparation it demands.
The Loop to the North Shore.
Downtown service anchors on the Magnificent Mile and the Loop, with hotel and office pickups timed to the city's rhythms. Lake Forest and the North Shore are covered for estate and residential travel, and Naperville and the western suburbs run as naturally as a downtown departure — same vehicle standard, same written rate, same concierge oversight.

The rate you approve is the rate on the invoice — no hidden fees, no meter, no exceptions.

What Chicago travellers ask first.
Which Chicago airports do you serve?
We stage at O'Hare Terminals 1 through 5 and at Midway, and at Chicago Executive (PWK) for private aviation on the North Shore. Your confirmation names the terminal, the meeting point and the chauffeur before you land.
Do you cover the North Shore and the western suburbs?
Yes — Lake Forest and the North Shore, Naperville and the western suburbs are regular territory. Suburban pickups are quoted as flat USD rates with the same vehicle and chauffeur standards as a Loop departure.
Can you drive us to Lake Geneva or Milwaukee?
Both run as locked-in corridors. Lake Geneva is about ninety minutes from the city and a frequent weekend route; Milwaukee and the MKE corridor run daily. Long-distance journeys are quoted in writing before you ride.
What is your airport wait-time policy in Chicago?
Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait after landing; international arrivals at O'Hare Terminal 5 include 60 minutes to clear customs and baggage. Every reservation is flight-tracked, so delays and early landings are absorbed automatically at no charge.
How much luggage fits in the vehicle?
Every vehicle is a full-size executive SUV — Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL or Cadillac Escalade ESV — seating up to six passengers with room for five large suitcases plus carry-ons. Golf bags and presentation cases are staged on request at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 72 hours before pickup are complimentary. Between 48 and 72 hours, 50% of the reservation is charged. Inside 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, the reservation is non-refundable.
How do you handle winter weather?
Chicago winters are planned for, not reacted to. Departures are buffered for weather, vehicles are full-size SUVs suited to the season, and the concierge desk monitors conditions and flight status so schedule changes reach you before you reach the curb.
