Corporate roadshows, across every market.
A deal team that lands in New York on Monday, Chicago on Wednesday and Toronto on Friday should never feel the seams. One concierge composes the entire circuit — vehicles, chauffeurs, timing, invoicing — across all four capitals and the corridor between them.
Many vehicles. One hand on the wheel.
A roadshow rarely travels alone. Principals in one SUV, the support team in a second, luggage and materials in a third — staged simultaneously, arriving in sequence, re-sequenced the moment a meeting moves. The concierge desk runs the circuit as a single engagement: one itinerary, one point of contact, one invoice at the end of the month.
- Two, three or more vehicles deployed at once
- Staggered pickups, synchronized arrivals
- Mid-day changes re-sequenced in real time
- One itinerary, one concierge, one invoice
- NY · LA · SF · Chicago · Toronto corridor
- As-directed day hire — the vehicle stays with you
Built for procurement, not just passengers.
Travel managers and executive assistants get the paperwork before the first booking: master service agreements, certificates of insurance, WSIB clearance letters and PIPEDA-aligned data handling terms. Corporate accounts settle by monthly invoice with trip-level detail, in USD for U.S. work — no card reconciliation, no expense-claim archaeology.
- Master service agreements on request
- Certificates of insurance for procurement
- Monthly invoicing with trip-level detail
- USD quoting and settlement for U.S. work
- Quarterly retainers for repeat circuits
- Direct billing — no traveller out-of-pocket
Duty of care, practised quietly.
Every chauffeur on the circuit — our own in Toronto, vetted affiliates in the four U.S. capitals — is screened, trained for executive work, and held to the same written checklist. Itineraries are tracked leg by leg, traveller data is handled in line with PIPEDA, and what is said in the cabin stays in the cabin.
- Vulnerable-sector screened chauffeurs
- NDA-respecting, never overheard
- Real-time leg tracking by the concierge desk
- Pickup & drop-off confirmations on request
- Privacy-tinted glass, mobile-office cabin
- Onboard Wi-Fi for corporate accounts
What travel managers ask before the first circuit.
Can you run a multi-car, multi-stop roadshow across several cities?
Yes — this is the core of the practice. A single concierge builds the circuit: two, three or more vehicles deployed simultaneously, staggered pickups for principals and support teams, and synchronized arrivals at each stop. In New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago the circuit is fulfilled by our vetted affiliate partners; in Toronto and on the cross-border corridor it runs on our own fleet. One itinerary, one point of contact, one invoice.
Which cities can a roadshow cover?
Our network covers New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago, with regional extensions to Boston, Washington D.C., Napa and Palm Springs, plus Toronto and the Toronto ↔ U.S. cross-border corridor. Multi-city circuits that cross markets are planned as a single engagement, not separate bookings.
How does billing and procurement work for corporate accounts?
We support master service agreements, certificates of insurance, WSIB clearance letters and PIPEDA-aligned data handling terms for procurement review before your first booking. Corporate accounts settle by monthly invoice with trip-level detail; individual reservations may also be paid by card through our secure checkout. All U.S. work is quoted and invoiced in USD.
What does duty of care look like in practice?
Every chauffeur is vulnerable-sector screened and trained for executive work. Traveller names, itineraries and contact details are handled in line with PIPEDA and shared with no one outside dispatch. The concierge desk tracks every leg in real time, and your travel manager receives confirmation at each pickup and drop-off on request.
What happens when the meeting runs over or the schedule changes mid-day?
Roadshow vehicles are held as-directed for the full engagement — the chauffeur stays with the principal, not the clock. Stops can be added, reordered or extended by a single call or message to the concierge, and the itinerary is re-sequenced in real time across every vehicle on the circuit.
Can the vehicles function as mobile offices between stops?
Yes. Every executive SUV carries USB-C and wireless charging at each seat, privacy-tinted rear glass and a quiet cabin specified for calls. Onboard Wi-Fi is available for corporate accounts on request, and chauffeurs are trained to be neither seen nor overheard.
What is the cancellation policy for roadshow engagements?
Single transfers follow our standard policy: complimentary beyond 72 hours, 50% between 48 and 72 hours, non-refundable inside 48 hours. Multi-day and multi-vehicle roadshow engagements carry a tailored cancellation schedule set out in the written proposal before anything is confirmed.
