- What vehicle will arrive for my reservation?
- A late-model full-size executive SUV — Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, or Cadillac Escalade ESV — finished in black with privacy-tinted rear glass. Every vehicle is detailed before dispatch.
- How many passengers and suitcases fit?
- Up to six passengers with five large suitcases. Larger parties are served with multiple vehicles coordinated by the same concierge, quoted in USD.
- Are child seats available?
- Yes. Infant seats, convertible seats, and boosters are installed at no charge when requested at least twelve hours before pickup.
- Is the same standard applied in U.S. cities?
- Yes. In New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago we dispatch vetted affiliate chauffeur partners held to the identical vehicle checklist, age limit, and amenity specification we apply to our owned Toronto fleet.
- Do you offer Wi-Fi and charging on board?
- Every seat has USB-C and wireless charging, and onboard Wi-Fi is available for corporate accounts on request.
